Hi, I have been a host for more than 5 years and with the help of my husband we manage a small apartment for tourist use in the center of La Spezia. We love travelling, the outdoors and sport. We will be happy to advise you on the most beautiful places to visit in our land

L’alloggio è situato nel centro pedonale della Spezia, in area vivace, ricca di ristoranti e bar. Sono presenti anche due supermercati a meno di 100 m. L’alloggio dista 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e 5 minuti a piedi dai traghetti per le Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici e Isola Palmaria. Per chi raggiunge la località in macchina c’è la possibilità di prenotare il parcheggio al Garage San Giorgio in prossimità dell’alloggio (www.parcheggiosangiorgio.it). Il parcheggio gratuito più vicino dista circa 500 m. Altri parcheggi a pagamento si trovano nelle vicinanze.
Orario di Check-in ore 16.00 - 19.00.
Dalle 19.00 alle 23.00 è anche possibile fare il Self Check-in. Orario di Check-out entro le ore 10.00.

Description and useful information
The accommodation is located in the pedestrian center of La Spezia, in a lively area, full of restaurants and bars. There are also two supermarkets less than 100 m away. The accommodation is a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the ferries to the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici and Isola Palmaria. If you reach the town by car there is the possibility of booking parking at the Garage San Giorgio near the accommodation (www.parcheggiosangiorgio.it). The nearest free parking is about 500 m away. Other paid parking lots are nearby.
Check-in time 4.00pm - 7.00pm.
From 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm it is also possible to do Self Check-in. Check-out time is 10.00 a.m.
